Covert Estate Brandy

Covert’s second ultra-limited release of Rare Estate Brandy delivers soul-warming spice and sensuousness with extraordinary grace and generosity. The brilliant amber hue glows with inviting, buttery aromas of baked apple, vanilla, and walnuts deepened by fresh lime blossoms and sandalwood smokiness. The palate brings a burst of bright lemon and spicy Saigon cinnamon, which ripple into layers of dried plum, golden raisins, and peppery mace, while irresistible honey-butter notes deepen into waves of rich toffee and warm mocha. Immense in both breadth and depth, this brandy coasts on a delectable loop of burnt caramel, coffee, cocoa, and pear that never truly seems to end.

Winemaker Julien Fayard selected special lots of estate-grown Cabernet Sauvignon to distill for this purpose, and aged the spirit in 100% French oak Baron barrels for a full eight years before bottling.
